Areas of Responsibilities: 

 

Administrative 

  • Assist the Business Operations team (inclusive of the COO, Business Operations Manager, and corporate Office Managers), which supports all three business lines (Development, Construction and Property Management), corporate departments, and affiliate Development teams.
  • Provide 2 Park Office Manager coverage as needed for an office size of 100 staff on average per day. 
  • Support in the creation and editing of MS PowerPoint presentations and the scheduling of various meetings via Outlook and Zoom.
  • Taking meeting minutes / action items as needed for varying teams at times.
  • Manage existing, and create / post new content on our intranet, Cornerstone (i.e., for policies, SOP’s, events, etc.)
  • Assist with performing data analysis via Excel and other software (e.g. office space utilization).  
  • Assist with data cleanup and reporting in our deal management software in (DealPath) supporting the Development business line; and help learn how to better utilize this software’s functions for our Property Management business line.
  • Support the improvement and development of our collaboration processes and selection of tools to ensure optimal productivity and coordination across teams.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects for all departments as needed in support of L+M’s projects and programs. 

Event Management 

  • Manage the scheduling and planning of company-wide events like Bring Your Child to Work day, the Holiday & Summer parties, and other culture supporting events unique with hybrid schedules and employees at properties we manage and projects we are building.
  • Participate as part of a support team for the Development teams with groundbreaking, topping out, ribbon cutting, etc. events that can require travel to the actual sites and hands-on support.
  • Provide gala support as needed in conjunction with our Community Investment team

Who We Want

  • A High School degree is required, and a college degree is preferred.
  • Office environment experience is required. 
  • Interest in data analysis and advancing technology like AI and power BI. Experience a plus.
  • Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint especially), DocuSign, etc.
