Cosmetic Nurse Coordinator

Schlessinger MD is searching for a driven, friendly nursing professional to join our thriving cosmetic dermatology practice. Our award-winning clinic offers a wide range of cosmetic procedures including injections, laser therapies, fillers, non-invasive treatments and liposuction.  Our Cosmetic Nurse Coordinator will assist new and existing patients through every step of their cosmetic journey at Schlessinger MD to look and feel their best.  As a part of our amazing nursing and cosmetic staff, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and assisting our providers in a wide range of dermatology services!

In this role you will...

Promote and coordinate cosmetic treatments through patient consultation along with assisting in cosmetic and dermatological services. Ideal candidates will be focused on selling through a consultative approach, following up on patient inquiries, and assisting in clinical administration duties all while making sure the patient experience comes first!

• Work closely with providers throughout the patient visit, including initial consultations, procedures and follow-ups.
• Conduct effective and informative consultations in order to determine goals, educate, and set realistic expectations
• Prioritize patient experience to ensure a personal and engaging visit
• Assist prospective patients in making comfortable and confident decisions to select procedures and products
• Respond to patient calls and emails promptly
• Interact regularly with patients to ensure service/product satisfaction
• Set up and prep for MOHS, Re-ex surgeries and lasers and assist with removals
• Perform basic laboratory procedures to include: writing up lab work and pathology, maintaining the laboratory, and reporting lab findings to physician

Compensation: Salary + commission & annual bonus
Location: Onsite-Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm

We are looking for someone with:

• 2-3 years sales experience in luxury retail sales or high-end services
• Valid Nebraska RN license, BLS, or LPN is required
• Exceptional people skills with the ability to connect and build lasting relationships
• Demonstrated experience providing top-notch patient care
• Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
