Ops Clerk - 1st Shift

Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization is looking for an Ops Clerk. This role is responsible for data accuracy and maintaining records and reporting. This role sits in Bolingbrook, IL.

• 1st Shift - 5:00AM - 1:30PM
• Set Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide directions to material handlers and forklift operators for recording, entering, and verifying data from a variety of sources.
• Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilize a general understanding of other departments’ functions.
• May be responsible for data entry and reporting, checking, or verifying information.
• Generate reports and respond to data requests.
• Responsible for maintaining department files.
• May assist with production planning and special projects.
• May assist in resolving employee clock in and out issues. 
• Properly enter information into MTC.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to work in a production Environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (due to outdoor temperatures).
• Frequently required to stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse.
