MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:  21 years old

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:  State of Nevada Gaming Permit.  Valid Driver's License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old). (if driving company vehicle)  

 JOB SUMMARY:

 Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of all equipment related to the Surveillance System.

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 Must possess basic knowledge in Casino Operations, functional, technical and analytical thinking.  Must possess basic math skills.  Must have a mentally strong capacity and able to cope with many technical and time sensitive challenges.  Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English, and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.  Must possess basic knowledge and operation of a computer system. 

  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintain the Surveillance System in accordance with regulations and procedures.

2. Comply with policies and procedures as set forth by Health & Safety.

3. Install, troubleshoot and repair Surveillance related equipment.

4. Ability to work varied hours up to and including after-hour service calls.

5. Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

6. Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

 The work requires some physical exertion, long periods of standing, short periods of sitting; walking, climbing; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, twisting, reaching, grasping, pulling, pushing or similar activities; recurring lifting of items up to 75 pounds. Use of ladders, Boom and scissor lifts are needed to cope with heights.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

 The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc.  This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends, holidays and on-call.The work area includes indoor, outdoor and confined space environments.  The work area includes the use ladders and lifts to elevated heights as needed.  Outdoor environments range in temperatures of 30 – 122 degrees depending on the season of the year.
