JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing personal attention to customers and ensuring the quality of service provided to the customer, in accordance with the Company’s established marketing strategy.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Two (2) years or more of managerial experience in Gaming or Marketing required.  Must possess a working knowledge of advanced casino marketing principles and be capable of applying same to various special projects and player development events.  Must be able to multi-task, must be well organized, must be a problem solver and Team Leader.  Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products.  Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Act as a resource for customers, management, and employees, to ensure a maximum level of satisfaction and service throughout the department and the Company.

 

  1. Represent the Company, in its public relations and marketing efforts, generating new and repeat business and helping to reaffirm the goals and objectives of the Company.

 

  1. Develop and sustain working relationships with all customers, particularly high-end players.

 

  1. Coordinates with Pit and Slot personnel, to identify new players, then observes play, and makes contact with customers, attending to their special requests and needs, in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

 

  1. Effectively resolves customer complaints and/or conflicts, in a fair, equitable manner.

 

  1. Dispenses Company assets, in the form of complimentary amenities, to customers who have attained the necessary levels of play.

 

  1. Assists customers in establishing credit lines.

 

  1. Augments special events, through telephone contact and/or personal communication, attending such events as a host, participating when appropriate.

 

  1. Facilitates the effective management of information throughout the department and the company.

 

  1. Maintains a working knowledge of the Company’s facility, as well as current and upcoming special events on property, in order to advise customers and fellow employees of same, whenever possible.

 

  1. Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.

 

  1. Produces and summarizes departmental progress reports to include; post analysis, outbound solicitation, host monthly objectives, comp reports, and credit solicitation.

 

  1. Chairs off site initiatives that VIP customers are invited to participate.

 

  1. Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding players finances, individual accounts, and player list.

 

  • Respond to guests needs efficiently and make every guest feel important.

 

  • Share knowledge in such a manner as to inspire creativity and innovation among the staff.

 

  • Resolves problems, creatively, with high-end guests.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, books, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.  The work environment involves exposure to secondhand smoke in a casino.  This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
