The Role:
The Manager of Enforcement Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parking enforcement department. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with parking regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. The Manager will lead a team of enforcement associates, coordinate enforcement activities, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day centralized enforcement operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Supervise and mentor enforcement operations team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to optimize performance and foster professional development.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for enhancing enforcement operations and achieving organizational goals.

Allocate resources effectively to support enforcement activities, including personnel, technology, and budgetary resources.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization within enforcement operations, implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.

Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards, ensuring that enforcement operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Assess operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential adverse impacts on enforcement activities and organizational objectives.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of enforcement operations, analyzing data and generating reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, law enforcement authorities, legal counsel, and other relevant parties, to coordinate enforcement efforts and address compliance-related issues.

Develop and implement contingency plans and protocols for responding to enforcement-related crises and emergencies, ensuring readiness to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, criminal justice, or a related field.

7 years of experience in enforcement operations management, regulatory compliance, law enforcement, or a related field.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance and meet organizational objectives.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to enforcement operations and compliance.
