The Role 

The Manager of Enforcement Strategy plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective enforcement strategies to ensure compliance with parking regulations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enforcement practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.​ 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement effective enforcement strategies to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. 

• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess enforcement effectiveness, identify trends, and develop insights for strategy refinement. 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, operations, and technology to align enforcement strategies with organizational goals. 

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop proactive enforcement measures. 

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of company policies and procedures related to enforcement activities. 

• Provide training and education to internal stakeholders on enforcement policies, procedures, and best practices. 

• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track enforcement activities and prepare regular reports for management review. 

• Continuously evaluate and improve enforcement strategies based on feedback, performance metrics, and industry best practices. 

• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through proactive enforcement measures. 

• Oversee a team of enforcement analysts 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, compliance, or related field. 

• Seven (7) years of experience in parking enforcement, compliance, risk management, or related field. 

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization. 

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights. 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. 

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful parking enforcement strategies. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau) preferred.
