Pay: $14 an hour
Shifts: Regular Days: 7am to 3pm; 3pm to 11pm & Overnight Mon to Fri - 11pm to 3am

Porter Position Summary
The Porter is responsible for preventive and daily maintenance and upkeep of property, grounds, and common areas. Porters are also responsible for customer satisfaction by answering parking and general questions.
Porter Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to the parking lots and garages and offer professional services
- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help.
- Patrol designated parking lots/ garages.
- Maintain cleanliness in parking lots and common areas.
- Communicate debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards appropriately
- Flexibility to work at a variety of different shifts
- Stand and walk throughout the garages and/or lots for prolonged periods of up to six consecutive hours to do what, exactly? Add detail here of what their responsibilities are.
- Physically access all areas in all types of weather.
- Be comfortable working as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Porter Essential Functions
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations. - Stand for up to six (6) consecutive hours
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Move quickly and carefully throughout the parking area
- Communicate effectively in spoken English with team members and customers
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Other Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Expected to constantly work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Required to wear a uniform and follow appropriate grooming standards
Physical Demands and Work Environment
