Pay

• $30+/hour, depending on experience and shift

Flexible Shift Options

• 1st or 2nd shift hours available
• Typically Monday - Friday, depending on shift

Responsibilities Include (What you will be doing)

• Work with Engineering and Operations to identify problems with performance and recommend solutions or enhancements
• Teach / coach / advise on best methods of manufacture
• Actively make tooling 50+% of the time

Experience and Qualifications (What you bring to us)

• Typically requires an associate's degree and/or a technical certificate
• 5+ years of experience operating manual and CNC equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, saws, etc.
• CAD / CAM programming experience required
