Assist with the financial planning and budgeting processes, analyze financial statements and reports, develop financial models, prepare projections, support with monthly close process, and perform research & analysis as may be required by leadership.

Job Duties

· Review and analyze financial statements and reports.

· Track KPIs and preparing financial reports.

· Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes.

· Understand key business drivers.

· Assist project teams with financial guidance and report development.

· Develop financial projections and build financial models.

· Perform research and analysis as required.

· Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Experience and Education

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling preferably manufacturing experience.

· Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.

· Working knowledge of financial strategies.

· Experience working with & supporting reporting for various stakeholders (management, PE, lenders, etc.)

· Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Strong Microsoft Office skills
