Sales & Program Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Weekly claim Parts Merchandising claims to Cat using Product Support Commercial System (PSCS)
• Upon request by the sales team, calculate the gross profit for parts on any program to determine eligible discount allowable
• Update discount range for every program by customer Parts Class Discount type
• Determine customer eligibility for each program
• Audit programs monthly with a specific review of profitability and correct program use
• Ensure DBS and PSCS are aligned with discount information
• Maintain relationships with Cat program representatives and Mustang Sales teams
• Weekly report on claims to determine which have been approved and rejected
• Determine the root cause of any program rejections
• Maintain a claim acceptance rate of greater than 95%
• Audit accounting general ledgers to ensure claim dollars are posted to the correct account
• Teach product support teams on all available claims
• Communicate market/profitability trends to Cat
  
  

Sales & Program Analyst Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or other related field or 5 years of data-related experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ industry-related experience
• Excellent computer skills and experience with all Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong customer service background
• Exhibit professional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized
