Mustang Cat is hiring a Product Support Growth Sales Representative to provide unique Parts and Service solutions to our Oil & Gas customers.

As a Product Support Growth Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing lasting parts and service relationships with Mustang's Power Systems customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish new customer accounts
  • Understand and demonstrate the key differentiators that Mustang Cat has to offer
  • Meet and exceed strategic sales goals
  • Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships
  • Develop strong customer relationships
  • Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers
  • Develop annual business plans, master service agreements, quotes, and other proposals as needed
  • Meet set requirements for continued professional development
Position requirements:
  • College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
  • Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry (as it relates to power systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically attack a defined sales territory
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Negotiation experience
  • Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
  • Strong desire to win
  • Mechanical aptitude
Strongly preferred experience:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Knowledge of CAT equipment
