HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead the purchasing process for our customers related to technology solutions, product warranties, survey supplies and equipment, and products related to upkeep and maintenance of installed machine control and guidance systems.
  • Look for new product offerings and develop sales and marketing strategies for these products.
  • Communicate with existing customers and leads to develop and make practical purchases for products and services. 
  • Work with our sales team to develop and execute technology solutions and services sales. Communicate with the sales team on any sales opportunities that may require customizing reports or analytic solutions.
  • Become an expert on our lease, rental purchase, and rental equipment options and processes.
  • Assist customers with any rental needs and coordinate as necessary. 

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Meet the Minimum QualificationsYou have a bachelor's degree in business or 3+ years of administrative experience in purchasing and order management/customer service.
  • Have a Growth Mindset—You're willing to put in the work to become knowledgeable about our products so that you can confidently answer customer questions and anticipate their needs. 
  • Take Initiative - You are a self-driven team player with a can-do attitude, comfortable with sales, and ready to step up and help others without being asked
  • Build Relationships Easily - You are ready to WOW our customers and deliver the best experience possible!
  • Look at Different AnglesYou are a resourceful, creative problem-solver who thinks top-down, bottom-up, and from multiple angles when tackling challenges.
