The Growth Enablement Analyst plays a crucial role in driving growth by providing insights and analysis to the sales and marketing teams. By analyzing data and reporting on key metrics, the Growth Enablement Analyst helps to identify opportunities for growth and to develop strategies to capitalize on them. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that their efforts are data-driven and informed by the latest insights.

The Growth Enablement Analyst will be responsible for completing regulatory mailings for Commercial Group Health Insurance, writing and executing SQL and/or Python queries, and experience with CRMs, preference for Dynamics. This includes analyzing and reporting on the data, project management for regulatory compliance, review of compliance for Commercial Health Insurance coverage, and reporting results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing regulatory notification for Commercial Group Health Insurance
  • Writing and executing SQL and/or Python queries and working in Dynamics for reporting
  • Analyzing and reporting on data
  • Project management for regulatory compliance
  • Review of compliance for Commercial Group Health Insurance coverage

Hybrid to Schenectady, NY

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related area.
  • Certifications: Certifications related to health insurance, regulatory compliance, SQL, or Dynamics can also be beneficial.
  • Sales Support: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role.

Required Skills:

§  Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and report findings.

§  Experience with SQL: Proficiency in writing and running SQL queries to manage and manipulate data.

§  Proficiency in Dynamics: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM software for data extraction and analysis.

§  Background in Health Insurance: Understanding of the health insurance industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements.

§  Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with the laws and regulations pertaining to Commercial Group Health Insurance.

§  Project Management Experience: Skills to manage projects related to regulatory compliance and reporting.

§  Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare and present reports on a quarterly basis, detailing compliance, and other key metrics.

§  Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is crucial for collaborating with team members and conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

§  Problem-Solving Abilities: The capacity to identify issues, analyze potential solutions, and implement effective resolutions.

§  Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness in analyzing data and ensuring compliance with regulations.

§  Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

§  Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust to new challenges or changes in regulations.

§  Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals.

§  Leadership Qualities: The potential to lead projects and guide team members as the role Keeping Up with Regulations: The healthcare industry is subject to frequent regulatory changes, and staying current can be challenging.

Data Complexity: Dealing with large volumes of complex data from disparate sources requires analysis and interpretation skills.

Accuracy Under Pressure: Ensuring precise data output and analysis under tight deadlines can be stressful.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Working with various departments to gather data and ensure internal stakeholder criteria requires strong coordination skills.

Technology Adaptation: Keeping up with new software and technology tools for data analysis and reporting.

Change Management: Adapting to and managing changes within the organization or industry that affect data sources and changes in regulatory requirements.
