Part Time Nurse Educator

Job Summary:

• Coordinate and conduct educational programs for Home Health Aides (HHAs) in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, ensuring understanding and compliance among trainees
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure documentation adheres to organizational standards

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid New York State nursing license
• Must have previous Home Care experience
• Strong understanding of home health care practices, regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Prior training experience preferred
