Ideally, qualified candidates will possess: 

• Dental License and Specialty Certificate from an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program within the state. 

• Attention to detail, high level of technical skill with desire and knowledge base to work with patients in various stages of Aligner Therapy and fixed appliances. 

• Will possess motivation to quickly learn on the job and to become a leader of the team. 

• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure positive patient experiences.
