  • Ability to represent Space Center Houston in a positive and professional manner while interacting with guests.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) for data entry.
  • Interest in learning new techniques to collect data with visitors and openness to feedback.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred. Proficiency in other languages (Vietnamese, Chinese, Arabic, French, Hindi) also an asset.

How scheduling works for this position: Data Collection team members share their chosen availability on a monthly basis. Shift assignments are based on this availability and include a range of times on weekdays and weekends; shifts are primarily needed in afternoons, but may require mornings or occasional evenings depending on projects. Preference is given to candidates with regular availability on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Data Collection shifts typically last 3 hours. Desired candidates will be available to complete at least one shift per week, depending on project need, and a typical week may range from 3-9 hours.
