Facilities Operations Manager
Basic Function: Supervision and daily oversight of St. Paul's Senior Services Maintenance, Grounds, Capital Projects and Security Programs and associated Team Leaders. Although reporting to the Director of Facilities (DOF), has a strong support responsibility to all facility administrators and Practice Managers. Supports CEO with short term projects, and works with general contractors under the direction of the DOF to ensure St. Paul’s best interests are supported during tenant improvement or expansion projects. In the absence of the DOF, stands in as acting department director.
Minimum Qualifications, education and experience:
High School graduate required. Minimum of 10 years experience coordinating and managing industrial, commercial or healthcare engineering programs and leadership staff. Preferred experience to include healthcare industry and maintenance and grounds management, along with a strong knowledge and understanding of related regulations. Proven experience in a management role over multiple sub-ordinate groups is essential.
Must have strong computer skills. Able to assist and develop staff in the technical and computer skills essential to the area of responsibility and the business need of St. Paul's.
