As a Vice President (VP)/Manager, Digital Services, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing visionary guidance and oversight of TFCU’s Digital Services and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Teams
- Developing standards, finding and recommending business solutions, and reporting issues
- Maintaining a strong focus on developing scalable, sustainable solutions that enable TFCU to deliver financial services more efficiently and effectively to members
- Ensuring that processes are in line with corporate goals, as well as state and federal rules and regulations governing deposit/loan accounts, payment processing guidelines, and electronic/virtual communication and processing guidelines
- Working closely with their teams and partnering cross-functionally with other teams to ensure the optimum sales and services strategies are carried out in accordance with the strategic plan
- Ensuring there is uniformity for the daily operations of the Digital Services Network
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The salary range starts at $155,486.86; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and rotating Saturdays.
Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s in business, finance, accounting, or a related field and ten years of experience (five of which at the supervisory or management level) related to the management and/or innovative development of digital banking services are required.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements.

In order to be successful as a Vice President (VP)/Manager, Digital Services, you must possess these qualifications:
- Expert level knowledge regarding all areas of digital banking
- Strong analytical, technical, and management skills
- Strong knowledge of lending
- Knowledge of wire procedures
- Knowledge of Digital Service & Engagement concepts, practices, and procedures
- Advanced ability on instructing others on how to operate digital communication and banking systems
- Sound knowledge of policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations governing credit union operations
- Thorough knowledge of credit union services, with a strong digital banking acumen
- Working knowledge of accounting procedures, regulatory and legal issues related to all areas of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to meet or exceed operational and strategic objectives
- Understanding and experience with organizational strategic planning
