Bank Reporting Supervisor will report to the Bank Reporting Manager and Director of Financial Intelligence Services.  The primary duties will include training and supervising a team of processing and quality control specialists who work in a customer service center environment and will be responsible for making outgoing calls to banks to verify information on the account and obtain the data such as date opened, signer, average and current balance, bank account type, routing and account number, and any other information necessary to complete the report.

Responsibilities 
1.    Assist with managing the daily work assignment for team members
2.    Support manager with scheduling, vacation approval, and timesheet approval
3.    Responsible for new hires training and refresher training 
4.    Documenting and adopting best practices for existing bank reports production processes and procedures
5.    Develop, review and track team goals to ensure production levels are met
6.    Work with the team to address customers’ concerns and questions, handle escalations as the subject matter expert.
7.    Other assigned projects by the Bank Reporting Manager or other senior management

Qualifications
1.    Previous operation and supervisory experience
2.    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields from recognized institution, or equivalent experience 
3.    Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
4.    Outstanding leadership, motivational and organization skills 
5.    Demonstrates a high level of professionalism with confidential and sensitive information
6.    Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
7.    Significant work experience in casino, gaming, banking, or financial service fields is strongly preferred.
8.    Solid computer skills and experience with product delivery.
