Position summary: To lead the enrollment management efforts of Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School (Bonner & Prendie) by creating a strong awareness among various constituencies (prospective parents and students, current parents and students, partner schools, alumni, community members and friends) that showcases the school as the ideal choice for their child. The Director of Enrollment Management represents the school in a variety of settings on and off campus with limited supervision and must make decisions to convey accurate information about the school’s policies and procedures, financial aid, and admission process.

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the School President, the Director of Enrollment Management implements a comprehensive Enrollment and Admissions Marketing plan. In addition, establishes short and long-range goals and objectives. This includes but is not limited to:

Regular review of applications to determine ideal candidates for admission. 

Work closely with the President and administrative staff to develop an effective enrollment and marketing plan. 

Ability to analyze data and develop strategies that will help us grow enrollment. 

Develop long range organizational and promotional/marketing plans (print, electronic, social and other mediums) for programs and initiatives which support and promote admissions. 

Foster, develop and nurture new and existing relationships with the community, prospective parents and students through research, in-person visits, appointments, phone calls, and emails in an effort to schedule presentations and recruit students (Area elementary schools, individual presentations, and religious prep programs).

Give detailed presentations in a variety of settings and group sizes answering questions regarding school atmosphere/culture, admissions process, financial aid, scholarship opportunities, etc. from students and parents.

 Explain and continue to shape admission, tuition assistance and scholarship procedures/policies.

Meet with prospective students and families, arranging tours and shadowing programs, and coordinating information sessions, open houses, preview nights, and entrance test events.

Collect and organize attendance and yield data around admissions specific event
programming. ∙ Continually evaluate event offerings and experiences to expand the availability for families to understand the Bonner & Prendie experience.

Contribute to social media platforms and development for admissions-related messaging via Constant Contact and other programs. ∙ Oversight of the website as it relates to Admissions. ∙ Provide direction to the Admissions office staff including performance reviews and the annual review of their job descriptions/responsibilities. ∙ Provide oversight and direct the management of the Prospect and Admissions modules of the Finalsite Enrollment CRM database.

 Analyze data and develop strategies that will assist BP to meet enrollment management goals. ∙ Serve as a key member of the school’s scholarship/financial aid team in continually reviewing awarding practices. Analyze data surrounding these practices to improve processes congruent with market changes.

Collaborate with the Advancement team to allocate tuition assistance and scholarships ∙ Work closely with the faculty and staff to ensure understanding of the school’s enrollment management program and engage them in the process.

Work in partnership with the Office of Catholic Education (OCE) planning and efforts, provide required reports to the OCE, and attend meetings and training opportunities throughout the year.

Ensures that all admission inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently. 

Enlists parents and alumni to assist in the admissions efforts of the school

Qualifications: ∙ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, communications or another appropriate discipline is required, Master’s degree preferred. Three to five years related experience preferably in academic or admissions office. ∙ Must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A high degree of integrity, confidentiality, strong work ethic and a willingness to quickly and continuously gain knowledge of the vision, mission, and goals of Bonner & Prendie and Catholic education as a whole. ∙ Exceptional communication skills. Experience in communications, marketing, sales, public relations and/or education. ∙ Strong management and data analysis skills and the ability to work effectively with faculty, administration, and support staff members. ∙ Experience in data systems, preferably student database systems and/or customer relations management systems (Finalsite Enrollment and/or PowerSchool), and familiarity with programming and implementation of data in several office environments (Microsoft Office, Google Docs). ∙ A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally. ∙ Admissions experience required; Sales experience is a plus

Salary and Benefits: Salary competitive and commensurate with experience and full benefits.

This is a full-time, 12 month position.
