Location: New York, NY or Schaumburg, IL (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote)

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing who will play an essential role in helping generate and execute key marketing initiatives that will drive revenue for the company across our jukebox and Arachnid dartboard brands (Bullshooter and Spider360).  The Senior Specialist will assist with managing our engagement and retention efforts that includes programming and promotional initiatives that drive recurring use and increased spend across users in TouchTunes and Bullshooter dartboards and tournaments. Campaigns will include channel marketing, Juke and Dartboard screens, promotional campaigns that leveraging music and dart content, and loyalty programs with an emphasis on testing and constant optimizations. The Senior Specialist must be knowledgeable and curious about customer engagement platforms (ideally Braze), able to juggle multiple projects, thrive in a deadline-driven environment and be a true team player.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with TouchTunes and Arachnid Dartboard business partners on gathering insights on users to inform marketing campaign design and future product decisions by leveraging surveys and analysis with support from finance and marketing analyst
  • Project manage and execute 360 marketing campaigns to support TouchTunes Jukebox and Arachnid dart businesses. Leveraging channel marketing (email, in-app, push, digital (jukebox), mobile app, and social to increase engagement as measured by plays per user, dart plays & tournament registrations, and other KPIs  
  • Become proficient using our CRM platform to help plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including content development and targeting, execution in collaboration with creative, data teams, product and tech teams.
  • Track performance and analyze results of all new and existing mobile marketing efforts and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Regularly conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize results 
  • Additional marketing related needs as requested by the CMO

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree marketing, business, liberal arts, communications
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on driving engagement and retention
  • Excels in cross-functional planning and strives toward flawless execution
  • Excellent relationship builder, with peers across the company, marketing platform vendors 
  • Experience working with Braze customer engagement platform, Segment customer data platform for executing targeted campaigns and Talon.One promotional engine (preferred)
  • Strong interest, curiosity and familiarity with pop culture, internet/mobile trends and various music services
  • Be highly data-driven and able to use customer behavior, location data, quantitative and qualitative research and other insights to create user personas and segmentation strategies
  • Understand best practices in mobile and channel marketing (email, in-app, push) with a sensitivity to customer experience 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
