Senior Specialist, Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing  

Location: New York, NY (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote)

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing who will play an essential role in helping generate and execute key marketing initiatives that will drive revenue for the company across our jukebox and Arachnid dartboard brands (Bullshooter and Spider360)The Senior Specialist will be responsible for executing our email and mobile marketing channel efforts to engage and retain our users. This includes programming audiences and campaign and promotional (loyalty and special offers) using third party and internal tools. The ultimate measure of success will be the ability to drive recurring use and increased spend among users in TouchTunes and Bullshooter dartboards and associated tournaments. Campaigns will include channel marketing, Juke and Dartboard screens, promotional campaigns that leveraging music and dart content, and loyalty programs with an emphasis on testing and constant optimizations. The Senior Specialist must be knowledgeable and curious about customer engagement platforms (ideally Braze), able to juggle multiple projects, thrive in a deadline-driven environment and be a true team player. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leveraging channel marketing (email, in-app, push, digital (jukebox), mobile app to increase engagement as measured by plays per user, dart plays & tournament registrations, and other KPIs) 
  • Become proficient using our CRM and Loyalty platforms to help plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including content development and targeting, offer design, testing by collaborating with creative, data, product and tech teams.
  • Regularly conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize results with creative, channels and offers
  • Project manages and executes 360 marketing campaigns to support TouchTunes Jukebox and Arachnid dart businesses for both ad hoc and evergreen campaigns, including working with an agency
  • Track performance and analyze results of all new and existing mobile marketing efforts and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with TouchTunes and Arachnid Dartboard business partners on gathering insights on users to inform marketing campaign design and future product decisions by leveraging surveys and analysis with support from finance and marketing analysts
  • Additional marketing-related needs as requested by the CMO 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications
  • 3-5 years’ experience in channel and/or loyalty marketing with a focus on driving engagement and retention
  • Excels in cross-functional planning and strives toward flawless execution
  • Excellent relationship builder, with peers across the company, marketing platform vendors
  • Experience working with Braze customer engagement platform, Segment customer data platform for executing targeted campaigns and Talon.One promotional engine (preferred)
  • Strong interest, curiosity and familiarity with pop culture, internet/mobile trends and various music service
  • Be highly data-driven and able to use customer behavior, location data, quantitative and qualitative research and other insights to create user personas and segmentation strategies 
  • Understand best practices in mobile and channel marketing (email, in-app, push) with a sensitivity to customer experience 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
