Maintenance Supervisor

Oil-Dri Corporation of America is seeking a team-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing Ripley, MS office!

Our Maintenance Supervisors are skilled in industrial maintenance technologies, troubleshooting, and repairs as well as supervising our largest department to ensure maximum uptime.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting, repairing production equipment and troubleshooting errors
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role managing a team of 5+ team members
• Certification or Degree in industrial maintenance program preferred
