Job Summary: 

The Adult Family Homes (AFH) Commercial Account Manager/Producer is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing commercial accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial insurance products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The AFH Commercial Account Manager/Producer works closely with clients to identify their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and offer ongoing support and service.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in a niche book of business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and new business.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.
• Handle policy renewals and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Stay up to date with this niche industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Qualifications:  

• Experience in Commercial Lines as an Account Manager.
• Strong Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Insurance Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
