John E. Peakes Insurance Agency (Part of PCF Insurance Services Network) s a family-owned business started in Ventura, California, in 1969 by John E. Peakes Sr. Then, in 1993, we opened our second location in Lancaster. In 2001 John E. Peakes Jr. took over the family business, opening two more locations in California, allowing our agents to serve the insurance needs of individuals, families, and businesses up and down the West Coast. The mission of John E. Peakes Insurance Agency is to treat everyone as family, utilize our experience and teamwork to provide extraordinary customer service, understand our client’s insurance needs, provide our clients with customized insurance packages, and assist families with protecting their personal assets while maintaining integrity, loyalty, trust, and commitment.

 

 

 

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at John E. Peakes Insurance, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support related to both commercial and personal line support.

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process both new business and renewals for customers.
  • Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
  • Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical proficiency with insurance agency management systems.
  • Must obtain California Insurance License within 6 months of hire.

Compensation: $21.00-$25.00 hourly DOE
