Hiring Immediately for Full Time and Part Time Youth Mentors Located Near the King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, and Conshohocken Area!!  We Offer a Fun, Flexible and Rewarding Environment!!  $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience!

What Qualifications You’ll Need: 

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Proof of an achieved degree from an accredited college or university in education or human services related field as defined by the appropriate state licensing agency preferred. 
• 2 plus years (2500 Hours) childcare experience 

What You’ll Do: 

• Be a role model by making a positive, lasting difference in the lives of children and their families. 
• Cultivate a sensitive, patient early learning environment for both children and families.  
• Plan and implement dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered.  
• Provide effective and timely communication of each child’s progress to families.  
• Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children. 
• Supervise each child in your care by being able to identify, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, always ensuring a safe environment. 
• Uphold all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for overall commitment to quality in childcare.
