Make an Impact

As the Project Manager II, you are responsible for leading interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals while managing client relationships. You will ensure that projects are delivered within established quality, budget, and schedule constraints. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain organized teamwork and consistent project success following best practices and processes. 

Deliver Results

  • Lead project startup, including managing budgets, schedules, and team meetings.
  • Prepare and execute detailed project plans to guide successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor changes in project scope and alert the team to maintain project integrity.
  • Mentor team members and support staff development through guidance and performance planning.
  • Oversee QA/QC milestones to ensure project compliance with standards.
  • Plan, monitor, and control technical costs, ensuring profitability.
  • Serve the client's best interest, maintaining strong relationships and a focus on success.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, interiors, landscape architecture, or engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Licensure: CSI-CDT certification (training provided for certification within a year), professional registration in your field, PSMJ/PMI certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of eight years of experience with AE projects, preferably in architecture, engineering, or related professional services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with preferred experience in Project, SharePoint, Teams, Deltek Vision, and Project Planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Experience: Strong working knowledge of AE work standards, policies, and at least one project delivery method (multiple preferred).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in effective team leadership, communication, and project execution.
