Make an Impact
As an Architect II, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary project team to develop and execute design concepts across a wide range of project types. You will ensure technical design content, documentation, and project quality while working with senior staff to align design concepts with budget, schedule, and principles. You will utilize your leadership and technical skills to manage complexity and ambiguity while driving project success.

Deliver Results

  • Ensure the overall design intent of the project is incorporated into the detailed documentation.
  • Monitor and contribute to the design process from concept to construction administration.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and ensure coordination with all disciplines.
  • Provide technical support in areas such as code compliance, systems integration, and constructability.
  • Execute document modifications, review submittals, and assist in product research.
  • Attend site visits to resolve field issues and ensure construction compliance.
  • Mentor and support less experienced staff, including Architectural Student Interns and Architects I.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent education required for professional licensure.
  • Licensure: Licensed architect with current license; NCARB registration and AIA membership preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of licensed architectural experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD and construction documents; experience with SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and BSD Spec Link preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Architecture.
  • CSI-CDT certification (training provided).
  • LEED AP and WELL AP certifications preferred.
