Our growing company is building an experienced cross-functional team of insurance professionals to provide oversight, thought leadership and expertise to all Prosperity Policyholder Administration System (PAS) conversions. You will support the Transformations team to effectively convert blocks of life and annuity business to our TPA's PAS.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be the development and documentation of accurate and comprehensive business requirements.Main areas of responsibilities will be data conversion, PAS product configuration, operational readiness, and data feed implementation. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the mapping of data elements from the source PAS to the target PAS
- Analysis and documentation of source PAS product features and functionality
- Track and resolve gaps in product, systems, reporting and BAU process knowledge
- Development of Standard Operation Procedures
- Development and implementation of Agent and Customer portals
- Build new Correspondence and Policy print documents and processes
- Build data feeds including but not limited to accounting/general ledger, actuarial valuation, commissions, annual statements, confirmations, and reinsurance.
- 5+ years of Insurance industry product experienceProven success with system conversions or product implementations requiredLife insurance experience preferred
