Carpenter/Locksmith - 040

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Locksmith/Carpenter.  The position will be responsible for the operation, replacement, repair and maintenance of standard lock systems and standard hardware; Maintains and operates the Lock Shop; maintains and uses a key making machine, software, key blanks, key cylinders and miscellaneous parts; Receives and responds to service calls; takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns; oversees routine and preventive maintenance programs; Will interact with carpenters to provide complete services; May be assigned additional duties

Qualifications:

1. High school graduate or equivalent. 
2. Completion of training as a Locksmith
3. Familiarity with Best, Sargent, and Premier lock systems - Proficiency in using best code cutter and duplicating machine - Familiarity with LCN door closure systems.
4. Familiarity with large building systems and knowledge of building codes and regulations
5. Must have the ability to make keys and maintain software systems
6. Valid vehicle operator’s license
