Regional Sales USA

           Job Description:

In this capacity, this position will be responsible for the overall growth and management of existing and new customers within its assigned region.   The position will report directly to the Rockies Regional Operation and Sales Manager.   1+ years rod pump experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, communicating, training, and selling of the company’s rod pumps and accessories within the assigned region
• Foster excellent customer relationships while soliciting new business to expand market share and achieve sales and profit goals 
• Maintain relationships with major existing or potential customers. 
• Prepare sales objectives and expense control parameters. 
• Assist branch manager in preparation of yearly sales forecast.
• Sells company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
• Provides services to customers on company technology and its products; make recommendations on repair versus replace decisions; up-sales solutions over product commodity.  
• Respond to customer concerns about the company and its products.
• Other duties assigned by branch manager as required

Qualifications:

• Employment verification
• High school diploma or GED
• Drug and alcohol test
• Criminal background check
• Valid driver's license in state of residence required.
• Must be age 21 or older to drive company vehicle
• General computer skills
• Written and verbal skills 
• Strong Technical Acumen, specifically downhole rod lift pump knowledge
• Minimum 1 years downhole pump experience
• Minimum 1 year managerial and leadership experience
• Must successfully complete Q2 ALS Level 1 Training Certificate Course within first 12 months of employment
