Sr. Client Partner

As a Sr. Client Partner, you will be the main point of contact between our company and our valued clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, deliver solutions, and cultivate long-lasting relationships. Your role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and the achievement of mutual business goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner. 
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to effectively align company solutions and offerings. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of products, services, or projects that meet client requirements. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services to enhance client value and revenue generation. 
  • Develop and implement account plans and strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to provide proactive insights and recommendations to clients. 
  • Present regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement. Participate in contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company. 
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve client engagement and service quality.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of digital media sales experience
  • A tenacious seller who can independently develop necessary materials to close new business 
  • Experience with integrated selling across multiple platforms for a digital media company, including selling digital advertising, social media, podcasts, events, print, video, and branded content. 
  • Familiarity with the home space and passion for the home community. 
  • Industry expert on advertising solutions for clients, specializing in social-first, branded campaigns 
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with experience selling home brands 
  • Proactive, energetic, positive attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment. 
  • Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time 
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to execution of task 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
