The Opportunity:

Recurrent Ventures is in search of a dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager with a strong focus on data-driven storytelling. As a vital member of the Integrated Marketing team, you will take the lead in shaping pre-sale efforts through the creation of data-supported marketing strategies, packaging and go-to-market materials. This involves handling RFPs, proactively engaging new and preferred clients, and leveraging existing relationships and historical performance data to develop highly tailored programs. By actively participating in brainstorming sessions with key creative stakeholders, you will work closely with sales, editorial, and creative leaders to translate concepts into client-ready pitch materials.


Expertise and knowledge of our brands is crucial for deploying the tactics, strategies and voice proven to resonate with our Home audience while meeting the objectives of our advertising partners. 

This role, reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, will be instrumental in crafting pitch materials and sales collateral for Dwell, Domino and Bob Vila.

America’s Handyman since 1979, Bob Vila has spent the better part of a half century showing people how to build, fix, chisel and paint their way towards better living each day. Continuing his mission to educate and empower, offers advice, inspiration, and nitty-gritty know-how to homeowners of every generation.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven, tailored marketing solutions, sales collateral and client-facing decks for Dwell, Domino and Bob Vila’s direct sales teams and advertising partners.

  • Identify best-in-category solutions to address client business challenges for Dwell, Domino and Bob Vila.

  • Collaborate with sales, account management, editorial, and creative teams to structure campaigns aligning with the brand filter and client objectives.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends in omni-channel media sales and contribute as a thought leader on innovative approaches.

  • Stay updated on audience trends and brand partnerships in the Home space.

  • Proactively extract insights to develop case studies and best practices from post-sale execution and proposal conversions

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies is preferred

  • 3+ years in sales or integrated marketing experience at a media company or brand with an emphasis in multi-platform video, custom marketing, or editorial sponsorship solutions

  • Proficient in building digital media proposals using Google Workplace

  • Experienced in analyzing diverse audience data to derive insights

  • Experience working with media plans

  • Skilled in crafting brand strategies using both quantitative and qualitative data

  • Excellent communicator proficient at fostering relationships with internal team leaders

  • Self-motivated individual thriving in dynamic settings, adept at managing multiple projects autonomously

  • Strong storytelling skills, with a refined ability to develop and prepare ideas for clients

  • Broad knowledge and curiosity about media distribution landscape, marketing strategies, and opportunities
