BUILDER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

$55,000 to $60,000 based on experience. 

                   
Position: Builder Account Specialist is a position created to assist sales in managing accounts as a bridge
  between sales and operations.  This is a sales slanted position, with emphasis on establishing
  proper and concise operational expectation and process.       
                   
Primary Job Description
                   
Margin Input Work on inputing programs into margin analysis spreadsheets, and establishing 
    Bid profiles for accounts - Initial data input and product entry as well as margin
    establishment -- Sales manager approves final numbers.    
                   
Take-Offs Load Plans for take offs.          
    Assist Sales in establishing take off set up requirements and loading that with take 
      off requests.          
    Learn and be able to use Measure Square to assist in turning take offs as needed
      in emergency circumstances.        
    Learn to do specialty take offs - sales usually has to do own specialty take-offs
                   
Account Set Up Initial Set up - work with sales on all details of an account and create or input all 
      information needed for operations to be successful.  
    This includes but not limited to all parts and pieces for all product categories.
      Listing and Templating with the proper parts and item numbers.
    Maintain and inform divisions of changes or adjustments to items and products as 
      as they are adjusted or changed - Keep log of change dates and 
      operation notification.        
                   
Account Engagement Work with everyone that will work with account through account set up and 
      progression.  Writers, Office Management, Production, and Accounts 
      Receivables.            
    Visit various cities as we bring on new accounts to work with writers and office
      management to ensure they know how to write and run the account.
    Be source in conjunction with sales to help through questions and issues writers
      may have with details - which should be minimal as we get better at
      initial set up.            
    Visit various cities to assist with parts and pieces of added categories - Specialties
      Work with them on what the parts and pieces are to help establish

Accounts Receivables Help watch and chase AR items with sales.      
    Work to help establish sooner triggers for sales to chase AR items by monitoring 
      30-60 and 60-90 day reports to help minimize anything flipping past 90.
                   
Inventory Work with Sales, Market manager, and Inventory managers to properly assess what 
      needs to be stock per builder.         
    Work through capturing best opportunity for cost and best price practices
      balanced with which product performs best and gives less operational 
      issue.            
                   
Sales/Ops Bridge Must be able to work in conjunction with operations to establish and maintain best
      practices.  These may be ever evolving as we work through details and 
      try new things, and adjust to what works best.  This is a complete two 
      way street between operations and sales, and this position must 
      become the bridge between the two.  Sales hat is required - we are 
      always selling who we are both externally, but sometimes most
      importantly internally.      #ZR
