We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Flooring Builder Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our presence in the builder market.

 

**Position Overview:**  

The Flooring Builder Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales within the builder segment, focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships with home builders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, particularly within the flooring or construction industry, and possess a deep understanding of the unique needs and timelines of builder clients.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share within the builder segment.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with home builders, general contractors, and developers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing builder clients, offering personalized solutions to meet their project needs.

- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and consultations to showcase our flooring products and services.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, installation crews, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate project completion.

- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent RiteRug Flooring and generate leads.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.

- Proven success in selling to builders, contractors, or developers.

- Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation processes, and construction timelines.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
