JOB SUMMARY:

The 'Coordinator, Partnership Strategy & Business Solutions' is a key member of the Corporate Partnerships Team, acting as a visual storyteller, responsible for creation and execution of deliverables necessary for Corporate Partnerships to perform at a high level of creativity, presentation, and alignment of internal needs and client programs. The person in this role will have strong creative & project management skills and is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels and with varying perspectives, all designed to fuel Corporate Partnership Team knowledge and best practices for our go-to-market approach.

This is an onsite position working at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, requiring a flexible schedule in order to be present at Cavs home games, client events, etc.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with and support all Partnership Marketing, Development, and Activation team members on crafting impactful visual stories delivered via creative for sales decks, renewals, presentations, recap videos, activation videos, etc.
  • Work closely with representatives across the Corporate Partnerships department to ensure timely delivery of creative/strategic needs through strong project management.
  • Proactively ideate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build integrated and customized creative projects in order to fulfill contractual obligations, ensure partner satisfaction and drive meaningful new opportunities for clients.
  • Research and bring forth new and innovative ideas on a regular basis for the department in an effort to drive creative thinking and inspire new solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate internally with various departments to develop new as well as refresh existing partnership platforms to be leveraged in new business and current client conversations.
  • Support Team Members across the Partnership Strategy & Solutions team where needed on digital partnership activation & measurement, as well as game day activations & operations.
  • Support on Special Projects with external vendors that drive solutions for the department and enhance our Sales narrative.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to report on and discuss ongoing owned projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPECTATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Knowledge of corporate partnership sales process within an entertainment organization, agency, professional sports team, league, or media.
  • Background and hands-on experience in graphic design and layout.
  • Experience and proficiency in desktop publishing, especially the Microsoft and Adobe Suites.
  • High-level of creativity and ability to organize with attention to details, usability, and branding.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Continuous learner and a growth mindset toward driving the business and developing solutions for clients.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and able to communicate with a diverse group of colleagues.
  • Possess strong critical thinking & reasoning skills with ability to synthesize complex information and data into compelling go-to-market stories.
  • Operates with a high degree of professionalism when interacting with internal and external contacts
  • Consistent attendance at department or company events and games including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
