Carrying out the annual maintenance of all Spidercam systems in the US and abroad (rental, fixed installations, special systems (FPP). Carrying out upgrades, repairs, support cases and cable replacements including all the associated preparations.

What the job is all about:

  • Administrative Activities
  • Inventory management (ordering, etc.)
  • Assisting in stock inventory
  • Documentation
  • Warehouse management
  • Communication with customers, partners, suppliers and internal departments
  • Maintenance work
  • Mechanical and electrical check
  • Carrying out safety-related tests
  • International damage and fault repairs (support hotline)
  • Implementation of upgrades (HW/SW), repairs
  • Independent error analysis and correction
  • Mechanical work
  • Drilling, cutting, filing
  • Reading mechanical plans/drawings
  • Electrical work
  • Soldering, wiring, crimping
  • Reading electrical schematics
  • Technician on job

 

Who you are:

  • Technical College (Electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics)
  • Min. 2 years of relevant work experience desired
  • Programming knowledge is an advantage (PLC)
  • Knowledge of Beckhoff TwinCat 2,3 is an advantage
  • Office package
  • Network knowledge
  • Good operating system knowledge (MS Windows)
  • Knowledge of signal processing (optical, electrical)
  • Basic knowledge of CAD
  • Technology affinity
