Roundglass Foundation is a growing team of individuals from around the world committed to the mission of enabling wholistic wellbeing for the state of Punjab. RGF is now emerging from its highly successful initial 5-year pilot, and we are building a team to grow our community of supporters, investors and partners to join us in our next phase of growth.    

 

What you’ll do:

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to optimize our fundraising infrastructure and support overall revenue generation goals.

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising operations strategy and execution plan
  • Oversee and optimize all fundraising systems, processes, and technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage the donor database, ensuring data integrity, proper segmentation, and timely gift processing
  • Lead the creation and execution of fundraising reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to streamline donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship processes
  • Oversee prospect research and wealth screening efforts to identify and prioritize potential donors
  • Manage the budgeting and financial reporting for all fundraising activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and best practices
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for gift acceptance, recognition, and donor privacy
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams on revenue reconciliation and audit preparation
  • Supervise and mentor fundraising operations staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
  • Evaluate and implement new fundraising technologies and tools as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fundraising operations across the organization
  • Provide strategic support for major campaigns and special fundraising initiatives
  • Continuously analyze and improve fundraising operations to drive increased revenue and donor retention

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complex insights clearly and precisely
  • Strategic planning and fundraising strategy development
  • Donor relationship management and stewardship
  • Proficiency in managing non-profit organizations
  • Experience with fundraising campaigns and capital campaigns
  • Volunteer recruitment and management
  • Financial management and budgeting
  • Public speaking and presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Fundraising, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of fundraising experience
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding fundraising targets
  • Experience with donor databases and fundraising software
  • Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practices
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and audit preparation
  • Experience in developing and implementing fundraising policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
