About the role:

We are expanding our dynamic mental health and wellbeing team for RoundGlass Living, our premium app dedicated to enhancing users’ lives by addressing individual wellbeing goals. From sleeping better to stress management, Roundglass Living stands out as the quintessential app offering a personalized daily wellbeing feed encompassing breathwork, meditation, yoga, nutrition, music, and more.

We are looking for a Content SME to oversee the Food initiatives within RoundGlass. You will build a wholistic wellbeing food vertical, which is a key aspect of RoundGlass. You will oversee the creation of all Food content types and identify dynamic talent. Our food platform is primarily a vegetarian and vegan platform - you must have a strong knowledge of the nutritional aspects of food.

We are hiring applicants from WA and NYC areas. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.

What you’ll do:

• Identify content gaps and propose new ideas, review existing content, and make improvements.
• Design surveys, recruit experts, and maintain a comprehensive database.

• Own the food taxonomy, classification and tagging for content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Studio, Visual Design, Engineering, and Product teams.

• Conduct comprehensive research, peer, and scientific reviews.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for product features.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate/higher level degree in the fields of dietetics, food, nutrition, public health, health education, or a related field required.
• Master’s Degree Preferred
• Subject Matter Expert – Nutritionist who is fluent in English
• 10-15 years of experience in food-related content creation
• Experience creating outstanding video content
• Culinary knowledge required to edit recipes and other cooking content authoritatively
• Recipe development expertise is required
• Exposure to and understanding of international stands of content quality and strategy
• A creative thinker with progressive ideas
• Strong proficiency related to oral communication and interpersonal skills (i.e., expressing information to individuals or groups effectively, assessing target audience communication needs, applying strong listening skills)
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and should be detail oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000- $135,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
