About the role:

This is an individual contributor role to oversee the entire sales cycle.The team aims to reach as many corporate and other B2B partners as possible with the Roundglass message and wellbeing offering. The goal will be to create and achieve enough scale, competency, and influence to:

  • Establish Roundglass as a thought leader in the field of workplace wellness.
  • In five years, Roundglass will be the largest and most renowned Wholistic Wellbeing solution for employers and employees in US.

You will be responsible for increasing Roundglass Living recognition, usage, and advocacy among your corporate clients.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Consistently achieve and deliver sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain a robust prospect database for the best possible outreach and partnerships.
  • Create a strong sales pipeline from the limitless opportunities in the market.
  • Schedule regular prospecting and outreach campaigns.
  • Participate in various promotional events, industry forums, and lead-generation opportunities.
  • Utilize the CRM tools to manage and progress the sales pipeline and conversion.
  • In external interactions with clients, end users, and other stakeholders, be an informed, articulate, and professional representation of the organization.
  • Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure optimum outcomes in client deliverables, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Set and participate in regular progress review and relationship management meetings with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to secure the required marketing support for sales prospecting and closure.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments such as Legal, Finance, and IT to safeguard the organization’s interests in client partnerships.
  • Collect, report, and analyze market intelligence, competitor landscape, and voice of customer.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 - 7 years of experience selling innovative wellbeing and/or technology solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Experience in selling to CHROs (Chief Human Resource Officers), and HR decision-makers in mid to large-size organizations is a plus.
  • Excellent customer development and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter/self-reliant, motivated individual who is willing to take up challenges, learn, and develop.
  • Ability to work with global teams and across time zones as needed.

 

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
