As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing scrap/auction submissions, inspecting vehicles, and submitting the paperwork to begin the scrap/auction process. You will enjoy a dynamic role that combines both indoor and outdoor tasks, providing a balanced and engaging work environment.
Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $16 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role will be M-F 7 am-3:30 pm.
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities include:
- Review scrap/auction requests.
- Work with requesters for missing/incorrect information.
- Physically inspect vehicles and remove license plates.
- Complete and submit VR1 for scrap/auction.
- Sort and forward safety/non-compliant emails as needed.
Data Entry Specialist Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be a reliable team player.
- 1-year customer service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications is preferred.
