As an Automotive Parts Clerk, you will be ordering and receiving parts. You will handle the billing and coding for all parts, as well as staging and pulling parts when technicians ask for parts.
Salary Overview:
This position starts at $17 per hour.
Schedule Overview:
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Order parts for two locations every day.
- Bill and code for both locations multiple times a day.
- Stage and pull parts requested by technicians multiple times a day.
- Ship and receive parts via FedEx and UPS every day.
- Pull trash in both shops every Friday.
- Order shop supplies for both locations as needed.
- Travel to the main warehouse to pick up orders, verify, and give them to the technicians daily.
- Travel to three locations within 1 mile of each other.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be a reliable team player.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.
