As a Vehicle Documentation Specialist, you are responsible for inspecting vehicles, completing the proper forms for the vehicles, and updating computer systems and spreadsheets.  

 

Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $19 per hour based on experience.

 

Hours:

The hours for this role will be Monday-Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

 

Vehicle Documentation Specialist Responsibilities Include: 

  • Inspect vehicles daily. 
  • Open new inspection logs on vehicles daily. 
  • Complete inspection forms for every vehicle.  
  • Complete claim forms when requested. 
  • Complete refresh and repair forms when requested. 
  • Run scheduling reports daily. 
  • Pull vehicles for scheduled pick-up multiple times per day. 
  • Match completed paperwork and key for every vehicle. 
  • Distribute completed packets to the correct departments for every vehicle. 
  • Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision. 

 

Vehicle Documentation Specialist Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.  
  • 1-year customer service experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.
