  • Champion quality and compliance: Ensure our factories and products meet the highest standards.
  • Lead change processes: Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and other essential quality tasks.
  • Drive testing and compliance: Oversee and execute critical testing and compliance data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages SGS ECN process: Leads bi-monthly meeting with cross functional team. Enters ECN’s into SAP and oversee timelines. 
  • Manages factory Law Licenses and create Law Labels as required.
  • Enters and maintains Factory Information on Retailer Compliance Websites.
  • Creates and maintains TSCA Formaldehyde Product Labels for company and customer compliance.
  • May be involved in maintaining documents including performance metric reports, process and training documents.
  • Manages customer compliance portals, including collaboration with domestic compliance team for environmental expectations and sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintains factory audit calendar for customer required compliance and audits.   
  • Testing Requirements (Fill out and send to Asia Team)
  • Maintains Sauder imports chemical testing protocol.
  • Maintains Sauder Prop 65 and TB 117 testing spreadsheet for upholstered products.
  • Set up product inspection criteria in SAP and manage the inspection documents in the portal.
  • Manages the CPSC Certificate of Conformity eFiling process. -  Engages with 3rd party test labs and customs brokers to ensure certificates are available for Sauder containers arriving at US ports of entry.
  • Travel may be required.
