Job Summary:
General Maintenance and cleaning of shopping centers.
Job Location: 1128 Cooke Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23504

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route- routes may vary day to day.
- Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted
- Perform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:
- Perform litter pick-up
- Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
- Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues
- Installing signs, bollards, parking blocks, etc.
- Removal of Bulk Trash
- Perform general shopping center maintenance
- Carpentry, landscaping, dustless blasting, pressure washing, concrete experience is all a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License/ good driving record
- Ability to follow directions and read maps
- Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
- Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
- Lifting - no greater than 60 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping.
- Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to pull a trailer
