Material Handler I

• Data / Paperwork.
• BOM compliance
• Work Station compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (The finer details of what the role is assigned for the day-to-day activities on the job. Tasks to support results.)

• Maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.
• Organize and schedule material readiness to meet production schedules notifying the molding supervisor of any delays to be encountered relating to material.
• Comply with material identification, handling, preparation and packing per SOP and manufacturers guidelines.
• Support IQMS and ISO standards.
• Produce accurate reports of regrind material percentage used per work instruction.
• Perform various tasks as required to support operational necessities.
• Understand and implement safe work habits to prevent potential safety hazards of material cross contamination.
• Responsible for proper implementation of all material handler procedures.
