Summary: 

The Sales Analyst role is responsible for ensuring that the sales and operations are equipped with reliable data for strategic planning and decision-making.  This role will focus on developing accurate sales demand forecasts, ensuring quotes and purchase orders are in place for ongoing business, maintaining data integrity to reflect the health of our future business, and developing and optimizing systems to accurately reflect our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of demand generation for monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Ensuring data integrity in all sales-related reporting and systems, focusing on the accuracy and reliability of near and mid-term demand forecasting.
  • Engaging independently with Sales, PMs, and Customers to ensure accurate and timely response to secure project purchase orders for continuing business.
  • Acting as a guardian of data quality within the CRM and ERP systems, validating input data and managing updates to reflect real-time sales activities accurately.
  • Working with Sales, Sales Operations, and PMO, team on opportunities to improve all systems within the Sales process including the CRM, price book, ERP, online collaboration tools. 
  • Work with Legal, Finance, and Quality, in support of Sales team to ensure successful closure and onboarding of new customers or customer programs.
  • Support execution of demand generation for AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
  • Provide new customer and subcontractor set-up support.

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
  • 2 - 5 years of related experience in sales forecasting and customer support.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on data management (prefer Salesforce for CRM and NetSuite for ERP).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a process-driven and quality mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional written and oral communications with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S Citizenship.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in contract manufacturing and/or semiconductor manufacturing
  • Current active security clearance.
  • Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining sales forecasts, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
