Finance Manager
Position Summary:
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for monthly financial reporting packages, financial analysis, variance analysis, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business unit leadership on P&L management as well as strategic initiatives. This position reports to the Finance Director and will manage and provide work direction to a Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely monthly management and lender financial reporting package.
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide value-added financial and business analysis.
- Manage and facilitate quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Lead and improve the CAPEX planning and analysis process.
- Provide business decision support to business operations team to manage the budget.
- Serve as a trusted business partner demonstrating a deep understanding of strategic business priorities and growth drivers.
- Champion innovation and transformation across the organization to gain commitment.
- Drive efficiency, process excellence, and analytical capability to support business decisions.
- Drive next level insights into manufacturing processing costs via financial analysis.
- Implement and lead the standard costing process.
- Provide management, guidance and coaching to Financial Analyst.
- Ensure the right internal controls and overall infrastructure are in place to measure, understand and monitor corporate results relative to action plans and milestones.
- Special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience and/or Training:
- 8 or more years of finance experience
- Ability to function independently, as a team leader, or as a team member.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with people at all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading and influencing across business and functional boundaries.
Technology/Equipment:
- Strong Excel and Excel modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration
- 2 or more years experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- CAS Accounting, FAR, or Government Costing Background
- MBA/CPA/CMA
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Tableau
