LMA Sr. – Force Integration

 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into multiple databases or spreadsheets.
  • Ensure consistency and appropriate cross referencing for both newly entered and previously entered data.
  • Retrieve data and use data to respond to a variety of customer and vendor inquiries.
  • Perform research to determine reasons for patterns of transaction errors and failures.
  • Conduct extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns; assemble retrieved information into different formats to meet different requirements; for example, status reports, unmet customer needs, and other similar areas.
  • Maintain files in accordance with applicable Army, Navy, and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
  • Proficiently use MS Office application software to maintain data and submit reports of varying types and formats via internal management control databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools in a variety of program application software.
  • Make effective use of email correspondence with an expert knowledge of Outlook Email communication programs.
  • Assist the Government staff with ensuring compliance with Army regulations and compatibility with Unit SOP for property accountability and warehouse functions.
  • Attend periodic meetings with RASP training stakeholders, providing periodic reports to RASP Training ATRRS scheduling changes and answering requests for information.
  • Provide appropriate subject matter expertise to internal force integration process owners at regiment, battalion and company levels concerning ATRRS functional capabilities.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, surveys, charts, graphs, digital media and tables as required depicting ATRRS data. This includes memoranda, reports, technical papers, forms, spreadsheets and other tabular narrative correspondence pertaining to students/trainee ATRRS training records.
  • Assist with ATRRS personnel strength reporting and eMILPO database analytics regarding data accuracy prescribed Department of the Army standards and timelines.
  • Assist with providing force integration analytics to address ongoing eMILPO issues and provide possible solutions or feedback concerning technical and functional support.
  • Assist with force integration and matriculation processes for personnel in bound to RSTC from Initial Entry Training Sites 9IETs) AND OTHER U.S. Army Installations.
  • Participates in on-site surveys with IET and other installation representatives to ensure a seamless transition of Soldiers between RSTC and other installations with minimal loss of training time

 

Requirements

  • Possess a SECRET security clearance prior to beginning support of this effort and maintain said clearance throughout duration of support of this effort.
  • Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain appropriate special license/certification for equipment to be operated to include but not limited to forklifts, 15K truck.
  • Be eligible to obtain DoD driving privileges within the GSA fleets.
  • Be experienced with unit-level supply functions and be knowledgeable of the Global Combat Supply Support Army (GCSSA) system.
  • Be able to perform duties with minimum guidance and infrequent direct supervision.
  • Maintain positive control of and store classified material and equipment.
  • Be able to effectively operate various forms of material handling equipment assigned to the unit. The Government will provide any requisite training or licensing certifications.
  • Be familiar with tactical SOPs.
  • Possess the basic knowledge to diagnose and resolve ATRRS systems faults.
  • Must have and maintain access to the ATRRS at the start of this Task Order.
  • Must also be knowledgeable in the various screens and functions in ATRRS to locate data necessary to perform the duties of this support functions.
  • Be willing to attend and satisfactorily complete, required training associated with job responsibilities.
  • Crosstrain with other contracted positions to fill in during.
  • Maintain a clean workspace.
  • Be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 40 lbs. unassisted
